Annual Maintenance and Inspection Plan

$800.00 annually

Services include TWO (2) annual visits for inspection per year.

• A thorough visual inspection of the interior, attic and basement/crawlspace
• Two (2) air samples taken and sent to lab for analysis, results provided to homeowner
• HVAC System, ducts, vents and returns inspected
• Humidity level tested in interior and basement/crawlspace
• Test for moisture and/or cold air intrusion in inaccessible areas using the FLIR thermal camera and moisture meters
• If crawlspace is encapsulated will be checked for integrity. Ensuring seals and seams are tight. Minor holes/tears will be repaired.
• Inspect crawlspace framing for structural integrity.
• Dehumidifier(s) are inspected to see if operating properly. Filters will be replaced or cleaned if necessary.
• Batteries replaced in hygrometer if one is present.
• If a sump pump is present we will :
  ◦ Clean sump pump of sediment and silt
  ◦ Cycle and water test sump pump operations
• Photos taken and provided with report to members.
• Upon acceptance of this Annual Maintenance and Inspection Plan you are a member of our Service Program and will receive priority scheduling for any maintenance service.
• Additional Services Offered:
• Encapsulated and Crawlspace cleaning at $0.30 to $0.70 a sq foot depending on the amount of difficulty i.e. amount of items stored, height of crawlspace or general disrepair.
• Additional air filters if needed from $13.70 – $30.00 per filter depending on unit.
• If requested, we will take extra air samples/swabs at a rate of $125.00 each.
• HVAC, ducts, vents and returns remediated at a discount rate for members. A quote will be provided upon request.

Upon acceptance of this Annual Maintenance and Inspection Plan you are a member of our Service Program and will receive priority scheduling for any maintenance service.

Additional Services Offered:

• Cleaning of an encapsulated crawlspace at $0.20 to $0.70 a sq foot depending on the amount of difficulty i.e. amount of items stored, height of crawlspace or general disrepair.
• Addition air filters if needed from $13.70 – $30.00 per filter depending on unit.
• If requested, we will take extra air samples/swabs at a rate of $120.00 each.
• HVAC, ducts, vents and returns remediated at a discounted cost for members. Quote would be provided per job.
